As I pack to move to The Balch Hotel its a mixed blessing. The realization of a long-held vision.

And its a big shift after living in Southern Oregon 20 years. An enormous reaching and releasing. Joy mixed with bursts of panic and streams of tears.

A dream I didn’t dare speak (Do you have any of those??)

I want to share this precarious moment with you.

This vision we’ve had–to own a historic, charming hotel we could have retreats at, in a natural setting but near urban population–could be anyone’s dream.

I’ve heard it from many.

I know if these big shifts are happening to me, they are moving in you. I also know if I can do this, you can too.

So what made this happen for us?
How come things manifest for some people and not others?
