Oops. I have a confession to make and an apology.

I need to cancel the Solstice Call scheduled for tomorrow–I hope it’s not a terrible disappointment. Last week I neglected to listen to my inner wisdom (where MY soul has been going)  and I offered a Solstice gathering call for you.

The inspired action and intention were good, but my timing is not. I was ignoring my intuition calling for quiet and space.

Perhaps you responded, wanting to attend. I’m so very sorry–I hate to disappoint you–but I know the importance in coming from a place of clarity and alignment and this is not it.

So I’ll offer another something similar, soon.

This season is so full of busyness and business, but inside it’s getting quiet. Let’s surrender into that space.

So here’s a version of what I planned to share. Carve our a little time and space for yourself to explore on your own.

Solstice Self Retreat

blogmeditateThis reflection allows clarity to the birth your emerging, expanding vision in the year ahead.

To do this, here are a few questions to take into meditation. Pour yourself a bath, light some candles and dive into the year that’s just passing.

Winter Solstice is the shortest day and longest night, the point of greatest darkness in our year.  From this dark inner time, review and reflect on your year that is ending.  (I find it helpful to review the months in reverse order. Having your calendar out is handy, too.)

Then journal about:
Reviewing your year, what do you feel the key themes or lessons were

What were the gifts, challenges, lessons and blessings of this past year that you are receiving?

What do you wish to release into the darkness as we complete this year?
Is there anyone (or anything) you need to make amends with, forgive or let go of—including yourself?

What were you wishing or hoping for out of last year?

What were your goals or intentions last year at this time? How did those play out in your year?

Now with a few big and heartful breaths….bless it, and let it go. RELEASE 2015 with all its challenges and gifts. Honor and appreciate yourself for showing up and doing the best you did. (I know you did your best.)

Deep bows in Solstice sisterhood,

PS–Just a reminder: The Magdalene Path is such a perfect portal to the inner mysteries that are ripe at this season (and that our culture tries desperately to distract us from. You’re feeling the pull into yourself–to the guidance and light that you really are. I’ve heard from so many women around the world what a shift this book has brought them. (I’m so humbled to write this.) The Divine downloads from Magdalene and the practices take you there. see below for more details.
