1. Make 2 columns and create lists of “masculine”  and “feminine” qualities. (email me if you need help here.)

2. Notice which side you tend to operate from (no blame, shame or judgment implied).

3. What are your feelings about qualities on the other side of the list- what automatic reactions do you have?

4. Feel what each feels like in your body, really let yourself sink in to the essence of each. Move or take the shape each list implies.

5. Image the essence of each list, using whatever art materials you have handy. (Even basic pen, or crayons will do-just do it.)

6. What do you notice? Is one side easier than the other to express?

7. As you move through your life, allow yourself to consciously explore & express qualities from your non- favorite list. Know that these are habits & conditioning that can be shifted with attention & care.

8. Notice where and when you habitually act from this dominant list. What/who is this serving? Wonder if there is value in acting from the unexpressed values that are embedded in the other list.

NOTE: Many of us find that due to cultural conditioning and values, we habitually act from a masculine mode. This is not actually our true essence & is not serving us personally or collectively. While this may not be your experience, see if it is. Enjoy your blessings!
