Sister,
Some times things are moving so fast, I’m not sure what I’ve shared. But these changes I want you to know about. Sisterhood Supper was created as a space for open ended dialogue and connection among women. A chance to meet other women in our community, from near and far. It’s been great fun, for the most part. But truthfully, sometimes it’s missed the mark for me. Other times it’s so rich and soul nourishing–the women who come get great value. I’ve been wondering how to amplify that. I’ve been feeling that Sisterhood Supper needs a re-boot. A more facilitated experience to move the dialogue into more depth, more juiciness, relevancy, authentic sharing, and increased vitality. So I’m making changes. More structure – we’ll add themes and ways to connect that are light and playful, yet reach deeper in ways we can authentically share, support and network more effectively. I’ll gather input on topics, but I have a few ideas for starters… And I’ll be offering it less frequently, hoping that when it’s here, it’s special and you’ll want to come this time. (Not next month or the month after. 😉 ) Less frequency means 2-3 times a year. (This also means less marketing it for me, fewer inbox invites for you.) And I’m adding a price for the event, so that you know what you’ll spend. I’ve looked at women generally spend and bundled the whole experience. It’s $33. You’ll get connection and community of delightful women, (usually no more than 8) with a yummy, nourishing, handcrafted dinner, plus a glass of wine, along other goodies that will delight you. You’ll have menu choices–and don’t worry we can accommodate your vegan and gluten free needs. See some menu options typically offered HERE. It’s still affordable for a curated evening facilitated by an experienced group guide, counselor and retreat leader (me). At $33, for what it is, its quite a steal. That said, it won’t be for everyone. I’d love to know what you think, and ideas you might have for themes. What are the biggest themes in your life? What would you’d like to discuss with intelligent, thoughtful compassionate sisters? That’s what we’ll be up to. I’d love your input. (Reply here and let me know!!) Join us this Thursday, April 11 at 6:30 at the Balch. Sign up by replying here or info@BalchHotel.com or 541.467.2277. Hoping these changes land positively. Scroll down for more details. let’s do this together. Soon sister, |
