Greetings of High Summer! its been a while since I wrote, just before my travels to Boulder and Denver. Seems like months when it was only a few weeks. Life is full!
While it may seem like summer is just starting, Summer Solstice is when the light is brightest and days are longest. (Let’s not think about how they will be shortening, as of tomorrow!)
This is a time of year to really look at your intentions, hopes and dreams of deep winter and see: what is really blossoming and ripening in your life? Though it may be too early to harvest, what appears to be bearing fruit? What is full and light and bright for you. Where are the weeds threatening to overtake you?
Take some time over the next day or so and reflect on these questions. Ask your inner guidance for input, since it’s great to get the view from the soul as well as the ego-eye’s view.
I really, truly am about to publish The Magdalene Path. (I feel like I say that every time, but really I mean it!) Final editting seems done and I’m working on artwork and illustrations.
I’ve been creating a painting in a virtual art class taught by Shiloh Sophia McCloud. I’ve started to get the message that it might be the cover for the book. What do you think?
Below I’ve added a sneak peek into the book, with an excerpt from early Divine download, when I was not sure what this work was about, or how it would fit into the rest of my tidy life plan. (Ha!)
I added an activity (also in The Magdalene Path) that relates to the guidance I received, that seems particularly relevant for negotiating the fullness of this time of year at Solstice.
