In recent months I’ve alluded to some changes coming in what I’m doing. They are here. And they are BIG.

While I’ll still be sharing The Magdalene Path book–to rejuvenate your weary overworked overwhelmed self by activating the beauty, wisdom and sensual aliveness of your Feminine Soul–my venue for doing it is changing BIG TIME.

We are just finalizing details, but here’s the latest:

March 1 my husband and I will move north to the Columbia Gorge in Oregon, to own and operate the historic Balch Hotel. (You can see more about it here.)

Its a momentous change since I’ve been in Southern Oregon for 20 years and the core of my business–even as its shifted from in-person/local to virtual/global–is based in the soul connections I’ve developed.

Its a huge shift. A big process of  reaching and releasing. Bursts of tears and rivers of joy all co-mingled.

This vision we’ve had–to own a historic, charming hotel we could have retreats at, in a natural setting but near urban population–merges  my offerings with my husband’s hospitality, management and tech talents. It’s one we’ve held for many years. Never seeing the possibility of it actually occurring. Until we decided it WAS possible. Then…voila!

Well, not quite that simple, but pretty amazing nonetheless!

The Balch Hotel is a historic beauty–21 rooms, a full-on european-style hotel with 36 seat dining room. It will even have a spa once I get there!  (I’ll weave in  my skin care therapy skills into my offerings!)

Its 1 1/2 hours from Portland, (3 hours from Seattle) with astonishing views of Mt Hood, in sunny central Oregon. What a great place to have Sister Salons and girlfriend getaway weekends and SoulSpa retreats! The Gardens are gorgeous and a great spot for yoga, events and weddings.

I’ll continue to offer  the art and magice of Feminine Essence in personal and group virtual retreats and teleseminars,  but the WHERE and HOW are changing dramatically.

This has been a deep and long process of manifestation. And its not over yet!

Enough About Me, Let’s Talk About YOU

I wanted to fill you in (I know you’ve been wondering) and see how this change ripples into your life, as you face turnarounds and chaos of all kinds.

So many women I’ve spoken to have experienced dramatic shifts in just the first few weeks of this year. Big stuff: an untimely death, a family member that suddenly needs extra support, job change, unexpected illness…

It could be a blizzard or website being hacked, or your own big move. …

Not all of these are welcomed or expected. but here they are.

How do we manage to keep our goals, dreams and vision moving in the direction we desire when there is big “#$%” going on right in front of us??

How do we make use of all the skills, training and expertise we have and not collapse under the weight of seemingly unsurmountable change?

And not exhaust ourselves with overwork and overwhelm that comes from driving with our well-muscled masculine mode?

That’s certainly been my question so far this year.

So I figured the best way to sort it out is to come clean, reveal the hidden challenges and find the gems in that treasure.

This is what I’ve got so far… (more next week)

How to Navigate Life in the Face of Disruptions

* Start where you are at. You can’t support any big changes if you are in denial about what’s happening. Take an honest inventory. Ask yourself what you need to get through this disruption and figure out a way to get it.

* Refine  what your intention or focus is right now. How is that intention expressing now? You may need to redefine your goals or projects. (I know I have!) Perhaps you’ll let go of all the tidy planning you did for 2015. Meet her where she is, right here, right now.

* Notice unconscious storylines. What limiting beliefs are blocking the flow of divine grace coming through you right now? Pay attention and kindly show them the door (using whatever techniques help you. I have a few I love, like The Belief Closet, Magdalene Blessing and Tapping.)

* Stay connected to your Feminine Soul. Know your limits and that you can’t drive with masculine mode anymore. (That may be what got you were in the first place.)

…..(to be continued)

Really, this is an opportunity to do it differently, from your Feminine center.  Get and stay connected to your Soul’s guidance. Overcome the superwoman myth–Isn’t that Masculine mode? Don’t do it alone, and don’t be a martyr or victim either. Instead ask: who do I want to be in this transition?? Now show up like HER.

In days to come I’ll share an in-person and virtual opportunities coming soon so we can to explore these ideas. Stay Tuned!
