Secrets To Living a Divine Feminine New Year

2023-06-19T22:20:33+00:00

I’m in the desert at the Goddess Temple outside of Las Vegas. An unlikely place for a Divine Feminine oasis? She’s needed here: across the highway is a military training zone. Crikey. Perched in the sunshine on the edge of the desert--just after the reflection and review of the year at Solstice. It’s a rare slow moment for replenishment after a busy summer, autumn, and holiday season. It's the beginning of a month long road trip, letting spirit lead the way.  Part retreat, part vacation, all about rejuvenation and connecting with the possibility that’s in front of us. It’s time

What I Discovered on Retreat Surprised Me

2022-09-29T19:55:18+00:00

When I conjured the idea of time away, I thought of pilgrimage. Time to rest and replenish. I had things in my heart and soul that needed sorting, for a long time. Europe was not my destination. What far flung mystical locales were within driving distance? A list was started. Then abandoned. I did what was easy. Not exotic. Just soul satisfying--I hoped. I cried leaving, yet I knew I needed to do it. I was nervous about traveling alone. (Most good/real adventures require courage. Writing and publishing The Magdalene Path sure did!) I made a loose plan: beautiful places,

This Question Brought Me Back to Wholeness

2022-09-15T21:14:23+00:00

During my month long sojourn my primary intention was to replenish and re-calibrate myself. To re-find my own flow, rhythm, timing. To realign parts that were off and see what really was calling me. To do this, I was guided to “wonder & wander.” (No plan. Yikes!) The impact was phenomenal. Each day asking, "What do I feel like doing now?"  When that was complete, asking again. And so on. That simple yet complicated question has brought me back to wholeness. With subtle shifts, healing, and big insights, too. (In ways I probably have not fully reaped.) It’s returned me

How I Re-Discovered My Soul Inspired Life

2022-09-15T20:58:21+00:00

I just finished a month long sojourn: a sacred pause, retreat, or odyssey. “What?” you might ask, “How can you leave for so long?” Well, it’s been necessary. Like many in this post-pandemic world, I’ve had life situations that I needed to get clarity and new perspective on. Vague discontent, malaise, exhaustion. Maybe you can relate. It’s a huge gift to take this time away. Here’s the secret of all pilgrimages and sabbaticals: it’s not all glamour. It’s been glorious…and, hard. Sure, you might visit glorious sites, with awesome Insta-worthy experiences, but these journeys of soul are initiations, with portals to

Finding a New Way

2022-07-15T21:09:53+00:00

It's been a struggle lately. Moments of beauty, joy and gratitude flanked by bad news, roiling emotions, & worrisome thoughts. How do we bear it? There are no platitudes, no spiritual bypass to endure this stretch, this ache in the heart of humanity. So much feels so old, decaying,  with expired use-by dates. As this old paradigm is dying, out dated parts of our lives are coming back for review and reclamation. Hard stuff. Even though we want the better version our lives, change is challenging. And the Dalai Lama famously quoted, "The world will be saved by western women."

Slow the F Down, Sister

2022-04-18T21:37:37+00:00

If you’re like me, you move through the world pretty quickly. You get a lot done, you have ideas and goals that you achieve, and you’re managing many tasks and ideas at one time. (At least ideally.) That’s not a bad thing, and in fact our culture has rewarded us for this way of being. But sometimes it doesn’t work so great huh? It can lead to chronic fatigue. Waves of exhaustion, injury, unhappiness, and burnout. I recently went through a time that felt like racing through my life. To what end? It just felt imperative to keep up this

Deepen Your Spiritual Practice: Rosary Beads

2021-12-07T23:15:13+00:00

If you've been around for even a little bit, you know how profoundly the Rosary practice entered my life and work this year...I've been passionate about sharing it with you. As I've deepened into the Magdalene Rosary, I've longed to have tools to bring this spiritual practice seamlessly into our lives. I've been finding the natural depth and rhythm of the prayer is enhanced by fingering the beads. The tactile embodied experience is luscious and stilling. I love gemstones, crystals, and sacred oils. (What's not to love?) and I love bracelets. So I've created 2 styles of Wrist Rosaries

Tips for Gentle Launch Into New Year

2021-01-06T21:09:53+00:00

It's hard to believe 2020 is over and we're in a New Year. I hope the holidays were delicious and replenishing--even if unlike any others. While I took a good space of downtime, I also delivered 5 Praying the Mystical Rosary virtual experiences that sisters raved about. (So gratifying!) Notes like these warm my heart! "What you're offering here is so sacred, so holy, it goes beyond our notion of schedules and clock time. It's very moving--I was in tears at times. ...To have permission to re-imagine the way we do things. How radically empowering.” - CH "Love the

The Invitation: Go Deeper

2021-01-06T21:23:44+00:00

I don't usually write on the weekends but I woke up with morning inspired about something that's near to my heart. For weeks I've felt called to share with you something that's rocked my world. I'll admit, the process of getting to this moment has been slippery with change. If you've found this year to be a roller coaster or emotions, you're not alone. Maybe you've even plummeted into a dark night of the soul. Maybe you've soared and thrived. Or, a little of both. The way I see it, when life gets so over the top, (like it

Powerhouse Practice To Restore & Replenish

2020-07-10T23:20:23+00:00

We're 10 days into Magdalene Month. Her feast day in the Roman Church is July 22, so I wanted to share and celebrate her wisdom, at a time when we need it most. I even activated the Magdalene Path Sanctuary group on Facebook, as a place to gather and share quotes, practices and downloads. (Request membership & join us!) Sweet soul, I see that right now, so many of us are navigating these big changes with courage, grace and poise. But it's not easy, as we're hit with waves of exhaustion, doubt, fear, fatigue, negativity. Ay Caramba! So much
