What’s with 2010?

2010-07-27T20:12:41+00:00

And YET, it’s the direction I’ve been praying for. Simple is not always easy. Ever happen to you? The thing you ask for comes, but in such a mis-matched package that you don’t know if you can wear it? And it certainly isn't your size or color? Welcome to my year. Probably yours too. I am not unique. It’s a challenge to be moving to the deeper rhythms of Soul guidance and Source. My ego is not always happy. And yet the other choices are miserable, living a lie of a "supposed to" life. It’s way more rich, juicy and satisfying. But it isn’t always easy. Something different is seeking to emerge.

Solstice Reflection: Inspired Action

2009-12-22T10:00:06+00:00

I invite you to carve out some time for yourself some afternoon or evening and create a self-retreat. It doesn’t have to be a big deal and is so nourishing to your spirit. Better yet, gather 10 friends (remember: you come free) and we can custom create one for you and yours. Who would you like to reflect and rejuvenate with? What’s on the minds and hearts of those in your closest circle? Turn these questions into transformative renewal and re-creation. It's time for you to answer to your inner wisdom.

Message for November: Time to Align with Self and Source

2009-11-04T17:00:25+00:00

Our attitudes alone can take a difficult situation better and a bad mood can make a great situation sour fast. Our thoughts and feelings drive our experience. We create our reality. Paying attention to thoughts help, but like a fish in water we are surrounded by thought, and can’t control them all. Reaching for a higher thought helps, and that one attitude can shift a situation from bad to better to best, by taking that simple leap.

Harvest of Summer Fruits

2009-10-29T00:00:58+00:00

Is summer really over already? Hello Autumn! I don’t know what its been like where you are, but fall came fast and furious in the Pacific Northwest. I mean, from flip-flops and shorts one day, to socks, long pants and (gulp) winter jackets. Its been dark, rainy and cool, which makes apparent the fact that we are heading inside. Literally and figuratively.   And Autumn naturally inspires thoughts of harvest. What have you harvested from your summer? The fruits of my summer were rich and juicy with lots of downloads from Source, a richer partnership and connection to my Divine

Is summer really over already?

Hello  again! I don’t know about you, but it’s been a busy summer for me (and just about everyone these days, I’m not special here). Back at the end of spring we moved, into a great house and neighborhood that I am so thrilled to be in. So its been a season of settling in, finding the perfect places for everything: inside and out. And I’ve been walking and biking everywhere: to the bank, the gym, even work. The weather here is so great, it’s hard not to. It’s so fun to live a life that designed for me, based
