Lately I've been thinking a lot about tithing. I don't get how exactly, but I love how tithing works in my life. (The basic idea is to donate 10% of your income to organizations that feed you spiritually. Traditionally this is your church, but can also be people: teachers, healers, kind souls on your life journey who give you a hand. Helping organizations count too, if you feel fed and inspired by what they do. Really, anything that feeds you spiritual food. ) So, I keep track of my income, sort out my 10% and give it away. I love city living. While I loved my country life for many years, I am crazy about having access to amazing opportunities that living even in a small city allows. Last week I had the great pleasure of experiencing a great treasure in her element. Author/teacher Ruth Miller, gave a great presentation at a local bookstore, Aquarius, on "Living in a Culture of Fear" . And as always she delivered content that was diverse, holistic, comprehensive, intelligent and scholarly. Oh it's been FAR too long. But so much is happening, its hard to keep up, isn't it? I'm really jazzed about the events I had recently:Living Your Divine Life, a talk about finding and living soul purpose. And then: Awakening Your Divine Connection, a full day workshop/retreat to connect people to their own unique personal diving guidance. Next time more retreat, less information. I feel lately we need time to gather and connect with ourselves,  not be inundated with more and more fascinating information. I am very inspired to guide and connect people to their own Divine

Most of us on the other side, passionately living our purposes, all went through what you're going through. It's part of the process, to decide whether you're serious or not. This is to ensure that only people who really want to walk the Path of Purpose opt in. Everything you imagine about the joys of living your purpose is true, but it will remain a distant dream unless you TAKE ACTION.

Well, things are a little crazy here in Purposeland. Boxes are getting unpacked and new life is beginning. As we set intentions for what our souls and egos desire, whaddaya know, they start showing up. And then we have to get busy. So a while back I had an intention to move to a city,  to be involved with more people in service to growing my work in the world. I felt called to be more available to a larger population, and have more access to interactions that were nurturing, inspiring and expansive. That's  where we started: clarify the dream.
