Think about this: when you do something that is “self care”, its really soul care right? What’s your form of self care?   Whether its meditation, prayer, talking to a dear friend, taking a walk, writing in your journal or working out— it feels good inside for a deep and tender part of you.   Its good for your Soul, isn’t it?
